  Vegan Alternative Duck Teriyaki*
Moshi Moshi has always been devoted to making the fish we serve to our customers as sustainable as we possibly can, but this is only one part of what we need to do to restore the fish stocks in our seas to safe levels. That’s why Moshi Moshi is now looking at “restorative eating”, a way of eating that aims not just to make the environment sustainable, but to actually restore and improve it – to give back more than we take.
One of the ways we can do this is to decrease our reliance on proteins and to eat more vegetarian and vegan food. It is for this reason that we’ve teamed up with Redwood and introduced a vegan alternative to our famous duck teriyaki
Redwood and Moshi Moshi are very keen on hearing your feedback and suggestions, so please do let us know what you think on Facebook

30% Off Redwood LoveBites Cookbook Offer
Redwood is the UK's most ethical vegetarian foods supplier according to The Ethical Company Organisation, having received the highest rating for the last six years. Moshi Moshi is looking at ways we can increase the vegetarian and vegan items on our menu, so we’re proud to be using Redwood products.
During the Brighton Food Festival, we will be selling LoveBites, the Redwood cookbook for £7 (usual price £9.99). All proceeds from the sale of this book will go to charity.
